I am passionate about serving my clients and am focused on client care where I can utilize my strong service background. Before becoming a real estate agent I was a client care director and complaints specialist for The Marriott Corporation, where I enjoyed resolving client issues and helping the client get what they wanted. This skill has been instrumental in helping my real estate clientele. It is my belief that no problem is too hard to resolve. I am a strong negotiator and put the needs of my clients first…period!

I enjoy the analytical side of real estate and believe that details are critical. I am meticulous when it comes to contracts, documents, file management, client records, and legal documentation. I also believe that all clients deserve the benefit of unique, effective, professional and results driven marketing plans. Whether buying or selling a home, I know that what is most important to my clients is the results. I am an excellent listener and communicator and want to hear what my clients have to say, and I always remain focused on their needs.
